Summary:

This role manages, develops and leads the HR function in the areas of talent acquisition, performance and talent management, learning and development, employee relations, retention efforts, compensation practices, and also facilities. She/He will direct, counsel and execute an applicable human resources strategy to drive organizational change and achieve business strategic goals while contributing to build a great place to work.

She/He will report to the Senior Vice-President Human Resources of RCI Global and to the Managing Director of RCI APAC/India and DAE Global. She/He will be a member of the SLT. This individual will proactively partner with business leaders to continue to grow a diverse thought process and talent pipeline that will help to deliver business results.

The successful candidate will understand the necessity and value of building and maintaining effective working relationships with the leaders and associates in order to achieve sustained team effectiveness and promote the company culture and values.

Job Functions:

-Lead, advise and asses on the implementation of the associate survey , and follow up of the execution of the action plans agreed.
-Advise on effective talent recruitment tools and techniques to identify the right candidates for each job, assuring that the associates are selected on time and have an appropriate on boarding process for their success.
-Assess and identify employee and leadership developmental and training needs in partnership with the Leadership & Development team.
-Recommend and deliver Diversity & Inclusion training, policies and procedures, employment law and leadership training as needed.
-Work with people leaders in setting performance objectives aligned with company needs and assure that there is regular feedback and meaningful conversations between people managers and their direct reports.
-Coordinate and lead key management development and project initiatives that respond to current and projected organizational needs. Support the development and or implementation of organization-wide projects and programs.
-Attend various business leadership meetings to ensure goal alignment. Actively engage and provide objective feedback to business initiatives and assist in the development of solutions that support the business objectives.
-Advice on communication strategies to keep everyone engaged and informed on key business information (Town Halls, one on one meetings, company and industry news, etc.).
-Lead talent management reviews and initiatives working towards assuring a pipeline of "ready now" successors for key positions.
-Proactively partner with compensation to ensure internal and external market competitiveness in compensations, benefits and incentives.
-Actively measure and evaluate the impact of HR solutions through metrics and data analysis; and enhance fact-based decision-making
Interpret, advice, administer and mediate on HR-related matters with employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and local laws.
-Effectively investigate, document and apply corrective actions when appropriate for employee complaints (eg. Wyntegrity line).
-Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization
Coach and develop people leaders.
-Lead and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, supporting each champion to deliver the results expected and therefore, contribute to build a culture of pride.
-Provide strategic guidance, lead, develop and motivate a team of HR Professionals.
-Prepare and manage the HR Budget effectively.
Qualifications -BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or similar
-Must have more than 10 years of progressively responsible, hands on HR experience in all HR functions (talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and legislation and compliance issues).
-Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience working with and supporting senior management, and having contact with Corporate Head Offices.
-Exceptional leadership, influencing, organisational and communication skills.
-Experience that illustrates the ability to manage multiple employments matters simultaneously and to work under pressure.
-Demonstrated ability to consult with, manage and influence senior leadership on key people and employment matters. Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
-Must have a proven track record of proactive strategic thinking, delivery and sense of urgency in a collaborative environment. A demonstrated record of implementing customized solutions, interventions and strategies to improve organizational results is required.
-Successful candidate will also have demonstrated capacity to skillfully communicate with all levels of employees, influence outcomes and establish credibility as a skilled HR business partner.
-Very strong business acumen and a proven track record of setting and executing HR and business objectives preferred.
-Must be flexible in adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and problem solving skills.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
