Bar Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:
As a Bar Manager you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavours that are hallmarks of our Long Bar and lounge experience. Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology is worth raising a glass to!

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Responsabile to create menus and cocktails offer according to brand and guest expectation
• Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained; prepares orders accordingly
• Consistencly on the beverages creation list, production and service
• Ensure consistent bar presentation and cleanliness
• Utilize appropriate stemware/glassware as required by company standards, polish glassware, stock bar supplies to par levels, etc.
• Follow all mixology and F.A.M.E standards consistently
• Knowledge of European Bottle, formal Champagne, and high tea service, presentation, and procedures
• Serve lounge area when necessary including but not limited to, taking orders, serving guests, bussing tables, and running food
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Possess an extensive knowledge of premium liquor, wine, and beer offered
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Training to the team
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage (HACCP)
• Actively participate in ongoing learning opportunities and enhancing your skills, abilities and professionalism for personal growth
• Engage conversation with guest and promote Hotel services in an informative way
• Other duties as assigned.


• Previous bartending leadership experience required (or confirmed assistant position).
• Previous mixology training preferred
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products and Brands
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
