Are you looking to cement your experience in Marketing and make your mark within a fast-paced, progressive and dynamic global company? We are seeking for an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our high-performing ever growing team!
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The objective of this role is to ensure that resort inventory is seamlessly available to CWA members to book. CWA inventory is available in a system called Merlin. We can only make CWA resorts available in Merlin at this stage. CWA members have shown a great demand to be able to book inventory in the South Pacific and North American regions online. In order to fulfil this demand, we need to load South Pacific and North American resorts to Merlin. It will require daily monitoring to manage inventory allocations. Additionally, this position also creates and makes inventory special packages available for CWA members. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify CWA members' seasonal demands at each resort location and notify the marketing team when occupancy is needed
- Load resort inventory to CWA reservation system (Merlin)
- Monitor inventory movement and open up and/or close down inventory allocation accordingly
- Perform daily check of different inventory allocations to ensure that double bookings do not happen
- Develop and provide resort occupancy reports
- Identify occupancy opportunities and create special offer packages
- Make reservations in the systems for inventory control purposes
- Demonstrate empathy towards our Owners and community members.
- Represent the company in a positive manner illustrating our values, ethics and pride at all times.

Qualifications
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:


- Minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant areas.
- Relevant degree qualification is preferred e.g. hotel management
- Very detail-oriented
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated Count on Me! customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the Wyndham brand.
- Practiced time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of a business.
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of company/department policies and procedures, Club Wyndham Asia guidelines and regulations (per Governing Documents), and exchange company rules for the ability to ensure compliance for rental programs.
- A background in hotel revenue management is advantageous.
