We are seeking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our high-performing ever growing team! As Human Resources Officer , you will be providing support in managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources, as well as the administration of the policies, procedures and program. The daily operations will include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits and organizational development.
About You


- Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with local labour and employment policies and regulations
- Ability to show high levels of initiative and work effectively within competing goals and timeframes
- Excellent HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent teambuilding and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
- Strong personal drive and ability to work autonomously to see projects and tasks through to successful conclusions
