At Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, it is all about our customers and our people! This opportunity will see you providing support to our continued growth with a focus on leading our Mini Vacation Call Centre team based out of Clark, in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE -


- Ensuring that guests booked for a Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific ands Club Wyndham Asia Sales Presentation are qualified using current and correct scripts and procedures
- Ensuring that the guests sold certificates meet the set qualification criteria
- Meeting the hourly and weekly (personal and team) allocated targets for your team as set by the Supervisor and Manager
- Training new team members, and providing on-going training and development for existing team members. Quality Assurance of team calls, providing feedback and follow up coaching
- Ensuring that leads are dropped for focus sites
- Regular Spiffs for focus sites and waves
- Managing the performance of your team members in conjunction with the Supervisor, including providing regular performance feedback and appraisals
- Responsible for the submission of your team's timesheets/ compleating the hours in the database
- Handling any client queries or complaints in a professional manner
- Hold regular Team Meetings to increase motivation, belief and performance
- Assist in daily admin tasks for the Mini-Vac campaign

Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR -


- Previous experience as a team leader in a call centre environment
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, skills in another language are advantageous
- Exceptional problem solving ability
- Experience in either an inbound or outbound call centre environment
- Experience in a sales or marketing role in a call centre environment
- Experience in Business to Business (B2B) relationships preferable
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft products including Access, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity in all activities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, remote from the core team
- Previous experience with Qantel Mainframe System, or similar operating system
- Previous experience in leading a team to meet and exceed targets
- Previous experience coaching and developing individual and team performance
