At Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, it is all about our customers and our people! This opportunity will see you providing support to our continued growth with a focus on supporting our Mini Vacation Call Centre team based out of Clark, in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE -

- Monitor dialler seat allocations per campaign.
- Load call data into dialler daily and weekly
- Return data to Database Management according to returning guidelines
- Put CCOs into the required lead pools
- Monitor correct call responses are being entered by CCOs for the bookings made
- Remove expired call data in accordance with Data Management Policies
- Add and delete user logins, access, etc
- Build and run required reports
- Anticipate potential guests and work proactively to meet and exceed expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers by providing solutions to problems and keeping them informed of progress or delays
- Build appropriate relationships with team members and management
- Adapt to changes and develop new ideas for improving methods of operation

Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Ability to operate the Vici Dialler
Ability to multi task
Ability to set and meet individual and group goals
Flexibility with working hours to suit department needs, including the ability to work weekends, Public Holiday's and extended shifts as needed

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of

Managers, co-workers, and clients Previous experience with Vici or similar Dialler Operation software (desirable) Previous experience in Dialler Operations & Call Centre environments (desirable)
