PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by effective and efficient operation of their designated sales site. The primary objective of the role is to achieve goals against the WVR Asia Pacific Business Plan KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes but not limited to)

- Conduct Orientation and delivery Onboarding Training Programs for Sales Consultants
- Strategize, coordinate, facilitate and execute Product Knowledge and Sales skills training programs for existing Sales Consultants and Quality Assurance Team Members
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
- Responsible for training materials up to date and administrating e-learning
- Manage and support the delivery of Performance Management Program as required by the business
- Continually support, motivate and promote good working relationship between Sales Division and other departments to achieve company's goals
- Manage and support delivery of Recruitment Programs as required by the business
- Build, develop, manage an engaged team with a Count On Me! attitude and living our core values of integrity, leadership innovation and growth
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct
- Share the role of presenter/trainer as required
- Develop community relations between the Company and the neighbourhood through positive representation and proactive community awareness
- Actively supporting and modelling compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
- Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster open communication
- Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtain agreement or remove barriers before implementing change
- Employees must ensure they comply with WVRAP's OH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP.

Qualifications KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management in a professional manner
- Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications
- Ability to works effectively with all levels employees and guests
- Presents oneself as a professional role model
- Works positively and constructively with all levels within the Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude and ability to inspire same in others
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
- Strong personal values regarding customer service, delivering on the promise and integrity
- Ability to plan for recruitment and interview process
- Proven leadership, motivating, coaching and performance management skills
- Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines without compromising quality
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to build upon other people's ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Minimum 3 years experience in management of timeshare sales environment in the Asia region
- Excellent customer service, results driven and detail orientated
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Tableau and Sales Tracker
