Your day to day
Stop existing and start living! An opportunity exists for a Director of Sales to enter the team and assist in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Sales, Marketing and Reservations activities and actively participates in the overall strategic direction and growth of Crowne Plaza Canberra. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the Sales, Marketing and Revenue Plan; management of the Sales, Marketing and reservations team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct interaction with IHG Commercial teams.

The candidate would ideally have the ability to impact and influence, strong problem resolution skills, ability to work and make decisions confidently and independently, ability to commence in role with immediate effect.Accreditation:•Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship•Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
