Chef De Cuisine is responsible for the overall operations of the all day dining restaurant. He/she will be responsible for maintaining the desired standard of hygiene following the Hyatt Brand Standards.

He/ she will also be responsible for demonstrating Hyatt Values and delivering Hyatt Purpose of "Care for people so they can be their best" while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications
Should have one year experience as a Chef De Cuisine or minimum two years experience as Sous Chef at any reputed hotel / restaurant brand.

Should have a flair for creativity.
