Job Description


Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, hotel newsletter content, social media content and proposals
Develop fresh story ideas
Manage video content
Maintains and updates record of media, journalists mailing list
Responsible for distribution of English and Indonesian press releases to both local and regional magazines, newspapers and online media
Responsible for press clippings
Attend internal and external social events
Prepares the hotel's collateral with the Marketing Communications Manager
To arrange press conference and press interviews as and when required
Handles photographs
Closely coordinate social events with the Marketing Communications Manager in the hotel

Defines precisely VIP guest requirements and ensures that the services offered corresponds effectively to the guests' requirements

Answers to complaints from the general public, community, clients and guests

Assists the Marketing Communications Manager in preparing in-house bulletins, newsletter and guest information

Organizes both Social & Public Relations Activities internally and externally

Assists Marketing Communication Manager in the preparation and selection of all printed literatures, sales tools and give-away of the hotel.

The ability to produce high quality work in a consistent and reliable manner, in support of Hyatt's standards and processes.
