UAE Driving licence & GCC Leisure Experience is must

JOB EXPERIENCE: Qualifications• Bachelor''s degree in marketing or related field • Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challenges and extensive traveling • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 4 or 5 star Hotel - Leisure Segment • Excellent communication skills • The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment • Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
JOB BRIEF In the position of Sales Manager - Leisure you will be responsible to assist the Director of Sales in managing the Leisure Sales of National Sales Office as a successful independent profit center, ensuring highest business levels, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the hotel sales operation and administration
Some of the Key Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on company product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends
• Approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understand the relative importance and priority of the current account base, and direct personal sales efforts accordingly
• Focus on establishing new client contacts and developing detailed information on the potential revenues from these accounts
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Maintain and distribute accurate weekly reports on business results, and associated action planning as set by the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company s customer base, strong presence & present sales and revenue
• Execute and support the operational aspects of any business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, draft invoices, collecting payments and deposits).
