•Make sure the restaurant is adequately stocked and appropriately available to meet and exceed our guest's needs and requirements
•Ensure that all equipment is correctly cleaned and turned off at the end of the shift ensuring that equipment is in working order.
•Make sure opening and closing procedures are followed by all the team
•Lead your team efficiently by delegating the daily tasks to ensure smooth running of shift
•Meet and greet all new colleagues and stay on top of all documentation recorded.
•Track and manage wastage, spillage and the movement of stock.
•Identify and anticipate training and development needs within the team
•Become part of our big family, liaise with colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met and the smooth operation of the hotel. If this sounds like you, you're in the right place. What you'll need to succeed in this role?!
Ideally, you will already have experience in a management/supervisory role and will:

•Have the ability to develop strong relationships with customers in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate business for the future.
•Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
•Be willing to help other departments of the hotel wherever possible and will understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough, to deliver the best possible service.
•Find achieving great customer service highly motivating
•Be an excellent organiser who is able to delegate effectively
•Be motivated and enthusiastic
•Be professional, flexible and willing to learn
