Your day to day
Overview to manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition. Reports directly to and communicate with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
We are seeking a passionate individual for this important role who will lead a team to connect with our guests providing True Hospitality.

What we need from you
Required Skills -- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated an ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.- Good writing skills- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System- Problem-solving and organizational abilities Qualifications -- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalentExperience -- 2 years experience in front office/guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
