Your day to day
As a Instant Service Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle telephone calls, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

What we need from you
Required Skills -

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to read and write English
• Proficient in the use of Front Office System   Qualifications -

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Business Management, Business Study or equivalent   Experience -

• 1 year experience in customer service or switchboard operator.
