We are a Holiday Homes Operator with 130+ exclusive holiday homes in Dubai and we are looking for a leading role as Assistant Housekeeping Manager to provide 5-star-Quality Hospitality Service for our clients and properties. You will be the face of the company and, therefore, your presentability and personality are important to us.

Core Responsibilities:
Ability to supervise and manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle all guest / tenant queries and maintenance issues promptly
Respond positively and politely with the guest / tenant
Supervise the maintenance team and cleaning crew – manage the cleaning schedules for all apartments
Consistently deliver the highest standard of quality service and hospitality to our guests
Daily reporting to the Core Team members to update the online booking and accounting system

Skills and Qualifications:
3 years minimum UAE experience in the hospitality industry (hotels and / or holiday homes
UAE driving licence is mandatory
Degree or Diploma in a similar field, duly attested
