Your day to day
As room service order taker, you will promote and up sell Food and Beverages at all times to all in-house guests through phone. You will be directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders. You should know all the menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet and gives recommendations to guests upon requests.

What we need from you
You should have 1-2 years F&B experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel. You should also have excellent business communication skills.
