Your day to day
Join us as a Duty Manager in Crowne Plaza Bahrain. , to maintain close contact with the hotel guests from the time of their arrival until their departure in order to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay and satisfaction of service at the hotel.To ensure that guest service takes priority at the reception area, business centre, Club lounge at all times, and that is delivered to an exception standard. To maintain company policies and procedures and to contribute in achieving the targets set by the department. To ensure that lobby presence at all times. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible in ensuring a remarkable arrival experience of the guests from the allocation of the room, meeting the guest booking request and seamless check-in procedure. You will also be responsible in making sure that the guest will have an efficient and accurate check-out process.
What we need from you
Qualifications•Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification preferably in hotel management or related field.•Two to three years of experience in a hospitality as Duty Manager•Good command in English is a must. Arabic is an advantage.•Has the passion in delivering true hospitality
