The Owner Services department of the Club Wyndham South Pacific are seeking an energetic and friendly customer service representative to fill a full time Owner Services consultant role and join our successful team. ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Owner Services Consultant, you will be answering inbound calls from Club Wyndham holiday club Owners and assisting with their holiday plans and enquiries. You will provide education and guidance on how to best use their ownership and resolve complaints with confidence and enthusiasm, achieving first call resolution. Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Willing & able to work rostered shifts from Monday to Friday 7.00am - 8.00pm
- Availability to work Saturday shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm as required
- Commence 5 weeks of Full Time training from Monday 30th September
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Professional telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to resolve complaints and overcome objections with strong conflict resolution skills
- Personal drive to achieve performance targets
- Punctual, reliable and proactive work ethic
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook is essential
- Use of reservations/travel booking programs desirable but not essential
