HEAD OF SALES, reporting to General Manager
SALES EXECUTIVE

Swiss Belinn Doha, New Hotel Opening, 124 Bedroom property in the heart of Doha, Al Sadd area. 3* Internationally Managed property with variety of F&B offerings including Meeting & Events space, Outside Catering, Swiss Café, Sultani Indian cuisine and In Room Dining.

• Manage daily sales activities, plan and assign work ensuring maximum performance
• Manage Sales Key Accounts
• Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan
• planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets
• Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales
• Lead marketing efforts to up sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities
• SWOT analysis of compset
• Work closely with key business leaders, officials, and representatives of local community groups within the city to ensure constant high exposure for the hotel
• Work with advertising agencies, consulting firms, and vendors to maximise advertising investments and ensure ads represent brand identity
• Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues
• Train colleagues to make sure they achieve hotel revenue goals to the standards we expect and have the tools they need to work effectively
• Drive a great working environment for team as well as great working relations with other departments.

- Knowledgeable of the Doha Market
- Single package offered
- Hotel Experience is a must
