Your day to day
This role is responsible for managing the Programmatic and Paid Social team (5) acting as an in-house agency within the Paid Media and Marketing Shared Services teams. The team are expected to plan, setup, traffic, optimize and report on all campaigns that touch this Paid Media tactic. 

•Manage the in-take process of campaign briefs from the Campaign Marketing team and create media plans to support the commercial need of brief, working collaboratively with other media channels.  

•Lead the end to end campaign process for Programmatic and Paid Social campaigns, including: setup, trafficking, optimization and reporting.  

•Manage the monthly invoicing process for all Programmatic and Paid Social activity so that vendors are paid promptly and ensuring excellent vendor relationships are maintained.  

•Educate internal stakeholders (primarily Campaign Marketing) on the best practice use of Programmatic and Paid Social channels.  

•Maintain excellent knowledge of developments within the online advertising industry.  

What we are looking for

•Minimum of 3 years' experience in hands on management and execution of Programmatic campaigns.  

•Successfully managing a team of +3 individuals  

•Strong influencing/consensus building, interpersonal and communication skills  
Technical Skills and Knowledge

•Trafficking of campaigns on DCM/Campaign Manager  

•Setting up and optimizing campaigns on DBM/DV360 DSP  

•Microsoft office
