HR Manager Role:

•Owning and delivering colleague lifecycle experiences and culture to enable great jobs and a great place to work
•Embedding culture and colleague value proposition and leading on engagement approaches to underpin colleague experiences and touch points to drive retention
•Forecasting talent acquisition requirements and enabling a culture of productivity and meaningful jobs
•Evaluate colleague feedback and drive forward outputs and interventions
•Deliver talent plans and activities to support succession pipelines for key roles
•Evaluate and improve management practices and behaviours to create drive a strong performance culture including recognition by enabling managers and leaders to be their best at work
•Ensure an environment of diversity and Inclusion and well being
•Build people manager capability through coaching and promotion of positive mediation activities and mitigation of ER
•Coach and enable others to resolve conflict and build trust within their teams and functions
•Engage with stakeholders to define capability needs and promote a culture of learning and development recommending the right interventions to drive supervisor, manager and leadership capabilities
•Analyse data and insights to inform a 12 month people strategy. HR Manager Role Requirements:

•Chartered CIPD qualification or similar transferable experience
•Ability to create an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel supported to work at their best
•Exceptional strong commercial acumen and experience of integrating a people plan to drive performance
•Ability to challenge constructively and confidently, and communicate with impact
•Planning and forecasting people risks and mitigating actions using multiple sources of data to make informed well-judged decisions.
•Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with line managers to drive commercial performance through people
•Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines.
•Ability to diver commercial drivers of the business and the implications of your choices and interventions
