About us
Holiday Inn Resort Bali Benoa is located 15 minutes from the airport and directly on the beachfront of Tanjung Benoa, 171 Rooms & Suites including Kids & Family themed Suites and direct ocean view rooms.
4 separate swimming pools including an exciting Kid's Pool. 24-hour Gym available for guests overlooking the swimming pool. Tea Tree Spa with 6 treatment rooms, two couple treatment rooms, and Spa Retail.
3 Food and beverage outlets including all Dining Restaurant with open plan buffet.
Beach sidebar with live entertainment on Benoa Beach, and currently we're looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join our friendly and winning team.

Your day to day
Assist to create programs to foster a positive work environment for all employees. Support and administer an annual team member satisfaction survey. Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees. Ensure hotel or company hiring standards and applicable laws and regulations are followed in a timely manner for recruiting and selection processes. Build relations with outside contacts.
Manage the Training program and deliver to the colleagues.
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community and promote team member involvement in the local community.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and hotel or company policies and procedures. Conduct annual HR compliance/standards self-audit.   Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs, and supervisory issues. Responsible to perform safety & security aspects as required by IHG and local Regulations.

What we need from you
Qualifications Education, knowledge and technical competencies:- - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. - Professional qualification in Human Resources Management. - A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. - Has strong Training skill, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations, preferred.
