About the Role
As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluates hotel business strategies. You will provide the hotel's Leadership Team guidance in developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's overall revenue and to maximize profit.

Working amongst a team of 8, you will support the Director of Sales and Marketing in the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your Hospitality career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Prepare weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
Provide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution
Conduct weekly revenue meetings, presenting the upcoming revenue tactics and challenges
Ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt's distribution strategy
Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the re-design of the pricing strategies if necessary
Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and the department to maximize revenue and yield business
Conduct training with Front Office employees to ensure correct procedures are in place at check in and check out, ensuring the availability and validity of data for analysis

Qualifications
Qualifications

University qualifications in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or other related qualifications
A minimum of 2 years' experience in or aligned to Revenue Management or Marketing Analyst role
Sound knowledge of Revenue Management and hotel operations
Strong organisational and analytical skills with strategic orientation as well as good problem solving
Administrative and interpersonal skills are essential
