Your day to day
The Resort Manager
You'll provide leadership direction to the hotels by maximizing financial returns, driving the development of people, creating and maintaining memorable guest experiences, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. You may need to act as the General Manager in his absence.

What we need from you

• Bachelor degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration
• Tree  or more years of experience in leadership role as DOR or EAM within a large full- service 4 or 5 star resort hotel operation. F&B experience a plus
• Recent IHG experience preferred with   two   years as a Department Head and Executive Team Member
• Strong guest experience background with proven track record in driving guest experience and achieving guest satisfaction targets
• Able to drive the needle and champion change to find new ways of working and delivering unique guest experience
• Good command of the English language. Fluency in other languages is a plus
• Possess strong leadership competencies - Be Brandhearted, Think Ahead, Champion Change, Lead People, Develop People, Drive Results and Work Collaboratively.
• Able to multitask, be detail oriented, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Reading and writing abilities. Prepare management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will accommodate the achievement of all business goals and directives.
• Computer proficiency. Must possess knowledge and experience with IHG operations software systems
