Enjoy conversations at the bar, Social Room as it serves and creates bespoke and sharing cocktails and punches, as well as an extensive collection of whiskeys.

Your day to day
The key deliverables for this role:

• In charge for the preparation of food in the assigned sections in the absence of the Sous Chef.
• Ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests.
• Ensure that all operational requirements are identified and providing direction to all the colleagues including Demi Chef De Partie and Commis Chef.
• Communicating with the Sous Chef or Head Chef about any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information. 
• Participating in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain the stock inventory in the kitchen.
What we need from you
The right candidate should have the following:-

• 1 year of experience in a similar role from a luxury property.
• Notable skills & experience in international cuisine, Italian & Mediterranean cuisines.
• The Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to the job.
