The Training Manager position impacts on the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of every hotel employee and ensures the availability and use of effective resource.
What we need from you
Higher education (tourism and hospitality, social and psychological, pedagogical, management, personnel management)Desirable experience in the service sector, sales (in the restaurant, hotel, travel business)Knowledge of the methodology of conducting trainings Experience in training or staff training from 1 year Passage of training for trainers is an advantage Ability to work with the audience, good communication skills, openness, sociability Fluent English Conducting of the standard trainings for the staff and management of an average link: Introductory course for new employees Basics of service and hospitality Sales training Communication skills training Trainings on service standards Development of training of skills, trainings on services Evaluation of training effectiveness Preparation of training plans, reports.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
