The Project Director plays a crucial role in the effective and efficient operations of the department; ensuring defined sales targets are met monthly and annually. You will also be responsible for the financial management of the site, staff recruitment and development, and internal and external customer satisfaction. Duties also include but not limited to;

- Deliver the required sales targets for the site.
- Continually support and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Provide appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales team.
- Manage the performance of sales staff and take corrective action where required.
- Be up to date with and ensure the sales site conforms to industry and Company best practices.
- Work proactively to support all Company marketing programs and ensure sales staff are educated on marketing strategies and site generated lead targets are met.
- Utilise sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site profitability.
- Ensure all employees stay current with required government licenses, work permits, etc.
- Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
About You.... You will have previous experience managing a high volume vacation ownership sales operation accompanied with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing the deal. You will have excellent coaching skills to support, motivate and empower the sales team to improve sales performances and achieve sales goals whilst leading by example in all aspects of the role. Crucial to this role will be the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships within the community and key stakeholders. A passion for sales, strong business acumen and a personal drive for success is an essential criterion for this role. On Offer...
