You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Your main duties will be :

- Ensuring the transmission of payroll elements to the centralized Payroll service.

- Entering administrative personnel data in HR and Payroll software.

- Establishing social elements related to the Payroll (down payment, final settlements, studies and HR projects...).

- Monitoring social data and HR statistics.

- Monitoring the different HR dashboards

- In charge of the working time management software (Kronos).

- Supervision of the staff administrative management

- Assisting the Director of Human Resources in her missions and projects.

- Participating in HR missions and projects and the Hyatt brand.

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Very good command of the Office Pack and of Excel in particular .
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll software is required.

- Excellent written and spoken expression. Good level of English required.

- Mastering labor law will be an essential asset and the knowledge of the CCNHCR will be appreciated.

- You are rigourous, you enjoy teamwork and you have very good relationship-building and listening skills. Your organizational capacity will also be necessary to succeed in this position.
