The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Brasserie Intern for 6 months. As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Integrated within the dynamic team of the Brasserie du Louvre, you will have the opportunity to discover the functioning of this department as well as the trades of Commis and Head waiter.
You will have the following missions:
- Assist Commis and head waiters in their daily tasks
- Clean and set up the point of sales according to the procedures of the hotel
- Ensure the relationship between the Brasserie and the kitchen
- Ensure clearance and cleaning during the service
- Ensure the supply of the point of sale in order to make its optimal conditions of use
- Constantly develop a commercial attitude towards customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Take orders and serve drinks

Qualifications
You are currently a student in Hospitality-Catering (level BAC + 1 to BAC + 3) and have a particular attraction for the customer contact.
You are dynamic, smiling and have a relational sense.
You are fluent in French and have a professional level of English.
