Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley  is currently looking for  Full Time Chef de Partie   to join our Kitchen Team.   

Your day to day
Working closely with our Kitchen Leaders, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Outlets including Gazebo & Harvest Restaurant & Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events. 
You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we're looking for someone who is a truly exceptional professional who is passionate about food and delivering a superior guest experience.  
Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley will be embarking on a major refurbishment in 2019 which will include introducing a brand new Food & Beverage concept so now is the perfect time to be part of this amazing hotel!

What we need from you
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:

•A formal Commercial Cookery Certification
•A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant kitchen environment.
•Strong skill base and experience in a la carte, banqueting and buffet food production
•Possess great attention to detail
•Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills
•'Hands On' style, who understands and can deliver on the expectations of a modern and contemporary guest experience
•Time management skills
•Superior communication skills
•A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures
•Previous exposure to ordering systems is advantageous, but not required 
•High standard of personal presentation
•Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests
•The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
•You must meet the legal requirements to work in this country.
