If so, this could be the job for you!!We are seeking a fun, dynamic Senior Sales Coordinator with a passion to manage a team within Europe Sales and promote our IHG Brand - sound good? Broadly speaking you will be responsible for:- Driving efficiencies by providing ad hoc analyst support to the Europe Sales Team & GSSC challenging the status quo, as required.- Support Europe sales teams to deliver efficient and effective service to their customer groups- Perform statistical data analysis activities to create accurate charts, tables and graphs in the correct format and within established time frames as required- Review sales production data for accuracy and trends and trouble shoot any errors in reporting and tracking issued- With the support of the leadership team, produce and distribute Sales Reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)- Support integrated ways of working across Europe Sales, Europe Sales Support, and wider enabling functions for priority processes- Run and review data reports using IHG systems to ensure the Europe Sales objectives are met - providing valuable insight to the Sales Leadership and broader team- Lead and develop best in class talent to drive high quality performance and revenue

What skills are we looking for?
- 2-3 years progressive work-related experience with understanding of sales systems and processes- Operational knowledge and strength with MS Office (Excel and Access)- Demonstrated experience with Internal Business Objects, Data Warehouse applications- Demonstrated clear, concise and succinct communication skills, including adapting both verbal and written communication to the needs and level of user - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently and to perform concurrent tasks that require technical and functional competence - Strong organisational skills an attention to detail - Able to work in a virtual environment - Able to drive team work and effectiveness within an international team
