At Wyndham Destinations, it is all about our customers and our people! This opportunity will see you providing support to our continued growth with a focus on providing support to the Owners in completing the sales documentations. ABOUT THE ROLE

- Accept the call transfer from the sales representatives, to commence the online processing of all sales document closing process.
- Build rapport with the owner and ease them into the start of the online process of all documentation
- Guide the owner, through the completion of the application for finance (AFF), and conduct a quick sanity Check Liaise with sales managers if sanity check returns negative
- Responsible for processing the deposit following company processes and procedures
- Wherever possible complete the entire "Docu-sign process" at/during point of sale with all owners
- Responsible for arranging an appropriate time for the owners to complete the aforementioned if unable to complete at point of sale, and set up schedule for any of the Sales Support Agents to complete the transaction
- Responsible for making arrangements that all files unable to be "finalized" on the day, are to be finalized as soon as possible, or within the departmental policies processes and procedures
- Any other duties than can be reasonable expected within the execution of the role, as can be requested from time to time
- Keep the key business systems such as Venice/Norman up to date with notes/information which is key to the department and the owner Relations team
- Keep the Team leader up to date with any issues arising that is affection the successful completion of all transactions
- Answer any questions from the sales team as to the status of the transaction
- Employees must ensure they comply with all Policies, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP.
- Display a Count On Me! Service to all internal and external parties.
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
- Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.


- Excellent communication skills including, phone manner, verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to communicate with customers internal or external in professional manner
- Have some level of understanding finances
- Previous experience in a Telesales environment
- Be flexible
- Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills.
- Effectively work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines and KPI's as set by the Team Leader.
- Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced
- Ability to work as a team player, be supportive of co-workers and be willing to contribute to a positive working environment
