We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for our resort.

Marketing Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

• You will be involved in creating a topnotch brand identity for luxury resorts, to be able to create a brand identity based on our values and positioning for the resort. This will be translated into tangible guidelines for internal use within the Marketing Team and external use by our design agencies.
• You will be developing highly effective marketing strategies for the resort with the aim of maximizing all major revenue streams within the resorts. The strategy will be based on the positioning of the resort in combination of the key audiences in key markets.
• You will be developing marketing action plans for the resort that target key audiences in key markets in the most effective way – according to the values and positioning of the resort. Each action must be measurable and will be measured after completion.
• The marketing actions created by you will be aimed to maximize revenue generation for all major revenue streams within the resort and targets customers before and during the buying process and also during and after their stay.
• You will develop photography briefs and storyboards for resort and Lifestyle photo- and video shoots according to the values and positioning of the resort. The right photographer, stylist, models, props are to be sourced and the photo shoot organized internally; to create stunning and effective photo and video material that fully reflects the strategy, values and positioning of the resort.
• Managing of creative agencies, in-house creative team and printers are part of the tasks the Marketing Manager carries out – including creating high-quality briefs, quality control and be the brand guardian.

• The Marketing Manager researches and develops new marketing opportunities in existing and new markets.
• You will be responsible to prepare and execute marketing budgets of room division, Food & Beverage and Club reception.
• Marketing actions are to be developed within budgetary constraints, as laid out in Business Plan and approved budgets – always taking the targeted ROI in to consideration.
• Marketing Manager has to conduct monthly meetings with head of departments to ensure the marketing plans are well active and in line with targeted guests

Skills:

• Graduate in a relevant discipline; Marketing Degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years’ PR & Communications experience, preferably within the international luxury hospitality industry
• Excellent business and creative writing skills in English
• Technology Skills, Content Writing, Graphic Design skills
