Your day to day
. Answer the phones, e-mails, faxes, and letters promptly. . Receive, process, and confirm guest reservations made by/for clients over the phone, e-mail, Concerto, etc.; ensure IHG Rewards Club guests receive priority bookings during peak periods.. Prepare reservations, cancellations, and amendments from the computer. . Enter telephone bookings correctly and directly into Opera and Concerto. . Allocate guest suites. special room requests. . Check availability each day; be aware of Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Waha selling status. . Maximize room revenue by up-selling deluxe accommodation; aware of special promotions. . Be familiar with Hotel breakfast rates, guaranteed company rates, discounts, special rates, and promotional rates. . Check all correspondence has been replied to in accordance with the client's instructions.. Attach amendments, cancellations, and confirmations to the correspondence of future clients as well as credit letters.. File all correspondence. . Ensure Reservation archives are in order . Be familiar with Concerto reservations system and handle inquiries . Be familiar with Hotel facilities. . Advise other departments of special guest requirements.. Coordinate client billing requests with Credit Manager.. Ask for the ETA, arrange for airport pick up whenever the guest requires.. Report anything considered a health or safety hazard and be aware of the IHG health & Safety Policy.
What we need from you
EDUCATION: College DiplomaLANGUAGES REQUIRED: English essentialQUALIFICATION: At least two years in a similar field.
