This position is the primary content developer for all social media platforms, including planning and execution. Working closely with the team, he / she will also be responsible for other digital channels.

Responsibilities:
· Plan and schedule content and campaigns for the hotel's social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc. which should be aligned with the overall Sales & Marketing strategies of the hotel
· G enerate engaging content and visuals for the hotel's social media channels including copy, photo, video etc.
· Analyse reports from various channels to evaluate the results of specific campaigns, as well as overall social media performance
· Expand the hotel's social media exposure by exploring different joint-promotion opportunities, at the same time keeping the marketing message on-brand
· Explore new social media channels for the hotel in different languages and across different markets
· Monitor responses and reviews from the hotel's social media platforms and work with related departments
· Control marketing expenses for social media campaigns and online advertising, with clear objectives for each activity; at the same time ensuring the goal is aligned with the hotel's overall business strategy
· Monitor market trends and new apps / technology available to facilitate social media marketing
· Assist in monitoring all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel on social media, and disseminate appropriate information to other departments whenever necessary

Qualifications
This role requires a multi-tasking, detail-minded and solution-oriented individual, who is also a proactive and engaging team player. Passionate about social media activities, with good communication skills and a strong command of English and Chinese.

Degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Solid experience in s ocial media marketing
Basic to intermediate level of skills in Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere
Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Strong project, time management and interpersonal communication skills
Candidates with agency experience is a plus
Able to work under pressure, often with variating demands from different stakeholders
