ABOUT THE JOB In the role of Owner Services Consultant you will be answering inbound phone enquiries from our Club Wyndham South Pacific owners, assisting with holiday and destination plans, conducting outbound follow up calls to owners and resorts, all whilst communicating with confidence and enthusiasm. Some other tasks include: - Educating owners on the best way to maximise their ownership - Maximise conversion of incoming calls into confirmed holiday bookings by proactively offering exciting holiday options - Providing professional and consistent resolutions to owner enquiries, and actively promote additional services - Be responsible for the collection of monies, related to reservation charges. - Take ownership to resolve customer complaints and overcome objections using strong conflict resolution skills - Compose professional written correspondence to owners and internal departments in a prompt and professional manner What We Offer

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or at least 2 years in College
- Must have 2 to 3 years of Call Center experience in customer service - Passionate about the travel industry
- Experience/knowledge in the hospitality industry or handled an account related to Hotel Reservations is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal English skills - Proven delivery of outstanding customer service and willingness to go 'above and beyond' for colleagues and customers. - Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and follow procedures accurately - Displays enthusiasm to offer reservations solutions and ability to identify the opportunity to offer additional services. - Demonstrates experience in a number of Microsoft application including outlook, excel and softphone systems.
