For a renowned hotel in Dubai:-

HR & Training Officer
• Coordination of day to day operational duties of the HR department.
• Monitoring and co-ordination of induction and in house training.
• Responsible for action points as asked by GM and HRM on daily basis.
• Responsible and accountable for functioning of all HR processes for the hotel
• Plan processes for motivation and retention of all staff levels.
• Co-ordination of timely replacement of all vacancies with in co-ordination of Department Heads and HR Assistant.
• Responsible for Exit interview co-ordination and analysis for each exiting employee.
• Prepare H.R. Monthly Reports, Manpower reports, track manpower as per hotel standards.
• Managing Employee Relations, addressing staff personal problems and co-ordinating accommodation related issues with accommodation supervisor.
• Responsible for issuing of all HR letters, appointment letters as per guidelines.
• Balance Score Card initiatives follow up and implementation with HRM.
• Co-ordinating, handling, conducting national days along with HR Assistant and co-ordinating employee birthday’s (birthday data) and various welfare activities.
• Promotion and reporting of Community Development Activities.
• Job chat and counselling note co-ordination, compilation and action plan.
• Responsible for accommodation allotment along with Accommodation Supervisor and look into bank account opening with HR Assistant and co-ordinate joining formalities.
• Co-ordinate Visa processing with PRO and issue it to new joiners.
• Ensure proper entry of all candidates to Dubai, hotel and accommodation.
• Send offer letters and process all papers for pre joining.
• Oversee cafeteria functioning and ladies locker.
• Do spot audits in accommodation and take care of health issues of all staff.
• To co-ordinate with Finance and GM’s office.
• Prepare monthly payroll with HR Assistant.
• Update addition and separation report and send it to Finance on monthly basis.
• Update manpower variance report on monthly basis and send it to GM and Undersigned.
• Co-ordination with Accommodation supervisor on accommodation assignment indents maintenance of rooms and follows up of complaints.

1. Experience in 5 star hotel property preferably in UAE.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a HR & Training Officer.
3. Should have excellent communication skills.
4. Should be highly organised and able to multitask.
4. Knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel, power point and email.
5. Outgoing personality.
