Future Leader Aspire
The Future Leader Aspire Programme is IHG's hotel accelerated pathway for hotel management careers. We know you want to learn fast, so we will challenge you to check in to possibility by giving you the responsibility of people and operations early on, and support you with access to inspirational leaders, a positive and supportive learning environment and world-class training. The Future Leader Aspire programme Vietnam will support you to graduate at manager level in 18 months, although if you're an outstanding candidate it's possible to graduate within just 12 months.

What you'll need

•A clear passion for people, service and hospitality.
•Excited by a challenging accelerated programme pathway.
•Strong desire to learn and grow fast.
•Exceptional leadership potential and skilled in building relationships.
•Confident communicator, proactive and thrive on a challenge.
•Interested in how a hotel works from planning a guest experience to understanding revenue drivers.
•Fluent in English language (written and spoken) as well as Vietnamnese
•You'll have the right to work - residency permit or passport.
•A hospitality degree OR a degree plus six months hospitality experience (supervisory preferred) OR 12 months hospitality experience (supervisory preferred).
What you can expect

•General rotation through each hotel department to build your network and understanding of hotel operations.
•Focused pathway rotations in either Rooms or Food & Beverage Service as your area of specialisation.
•Leadership learning pathway to support development in leadership and hotel performance competencies.
•Supported by a Head of Department as coach and General Manager as a Career mentor.
•Deliver a project and take part in a local initiative to inspire the next generation of hotel leaders.
•Receive regular feedback on your readiness for a manager position with early graduation possible.
•On completion, be eligible and supported to apply for a full-time manager level position.
