Your day to day
We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Executive in the planning, execution, and optimization of our hotels' online marketing efforts.
The candidate will be working closely with the Marketing team designing digital contact for Staybridge Suite Dubai Financial Centre and Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City in an effective manner to reflect the marketing calendar for the two properties.
Work on various content: website content, packaging copy, blogs/articles, social media, external marketing materials, and other documents.
Manages the content release through social media platforms as well as be able to implement an efficient community management response system to all platforms managed.
Participate in brainstorming and development of marketing & advertising strategies.
Constantly thinking of creative ad designs for both digital and print in support of marketing strategies to generate growth for both hotels.
Understand the technical business side of it all while knowing how to effectively and concisely story-tell in any given media space. The ability to film and photograph content on your own is highly preferred but not required.
Be present on social nights capturing content to be used on social media posts. blog posts and any other channel used by the hotels (advertising channels to be defined into brief by marketing manager).
Be able to produce reports on social media campaigns and organic posts performance to marketing manager.
What we need from you

•The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive graphic design experience (along with video editing and photography skills) and has also proficiency in social media channels management.
•Online portfolio required. The portfolio must include examples of photoshoot campaigns, graphic designs, videos and video ads you have created in the past.
•The ideal candidate is creative, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel, or cluster properties or comparable industry.
•Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.
•Ability to critically analyze and piece video content.
•Extremely detailed oriented, well organized, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•Fluent English is required, other languages would be advantageous.
•Proficiency in CMS, be always up to date with new trends and developments within all social media platforms.
•GCC experience is preferable. What we offer
