We offer exclusive and exciting products to our client base, and as a Customer Experience Associate you will be a core part of this team, responsible for representing our ethos and ensuring the correct products and solutions for our customers. In order to maintain our client satisfaction and loyalty, and continually exceed the expectations of our customers, you will need to be commercially-minded and efficient in a role that is highly varied and wide-ranging. You will be required to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment where communication is key. A business acumen is desirable, and there will be room for this to develop, as you will need to liaise with all areas of the business including Sales, Marketing and Product, in order to provide our award winning experience to new and current clients. Having a first-hand insight into how a business works, along with the portfolio of products that we offer, should encourage you to deliver with integrity the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- New Business - "trialist"

- Work with our new members who have signed up to our 14-day trial and advise on how to get the very best from the Love Home Swap site and help organise the "dream holiday"
- Manage customer expectation, "no" is never an option, go above and beyond to drive faultless engagement that will impact our bottom line

- Existing Members

- Advise our existing members who have taken one of our full, annual membership options and how to get the very best from our site, help organize the "dream holiday" through swapping, or using our unique Points System
- Manage customer expectation to drive high engagement and ensuring they do not cancel

- Continually deliver the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity
- Take customer satisfaction and success to the next level.
Exceptional candidates will possess most, if not all, of the following:

- Previous experience working in a customer-focused position where you were responsible for turning negatives into positives

- The ability to deliver excellent customer service without question, taking customer satisfaction and success to the next level

- The knowledge to assist members with finding the perfect home for their stay, being proactive, making suggestions if no exact match can be found for the desired destination

- Social Media savviness - Monitor and take ownership of the customer reviews page as well as monitor Social Media and respond to queries in partnership with the CS team leader

- The desire to continually deliver the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity

- A genuine want to grow in a customer service role, no problem is ever too big - you will remain calm amongst the storm

- The ability to multi-task and juggle many projects at the one time, support the wider team as and when needed

- Faultless communication, oral and written, in English - highly desirable if you can fluently speak either French or Spanish
