Judy, as fondly called, is a former Barista-Cashier in Masgouf London Jumeirah. Before coming to Dubai-United Arab of Emirates, she also worked as Barista and Cold Kitchen Assistant in Philippines at https://www.bagofbeans.ph/. She undergone (2) internships in her college at Hot Kitchen Department assigned as Hot Kitchen Staff and completed the practicum 1 Wetern Cuisine (400hrs) with a grade of 1.00 at https://www.lakehoteltagaytay.com/. On her second internship she was able to finish (200hrs) for Basic Safety with 1.25 final grade continued her final practicum for Asian Cuisine at https://www.bagofbeans.ph/ and was able to rotate in all Department including Hot and Cold Kitchen, Bakery, Food and Beverage, and Front Office.
Judy, has a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Cruise Line Operations in Culinary Arts at Lyceum of the Philippines University – Cavite. She performed different task under the College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management as Marketing Manager in their Catering class.
She holds various qualifications in his field of specialization in Hospitality and Cruise Line Industry and took up Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS Training), International Safety Management Code, Crowd Management, Passenger Safety and Safety for Training Personnel, Security Awareness Training and Seafarers with Designated Security Duties, She also passed a short-course program in Professional Development in American Hospitality Academy and Test of English for International Communication, and National Certificate (NCII)-Cookery.
As part of her career advancement, she undergone different trainings and seminars such as Resort Operations, Inventory and Cost Control Seminar (Palawan and ILOCOS, Philippines), Basic Safety Seminar, Cruise and Hospitality Careers Convention in Manila and had his Actual Shipboard Familiarization/Training Onboard at M/V St. Pope John Paul II.
