My aim in the hotel industry is to develop my knowledge and skills to work my way to becoming a well renounced Hotelier. I feel it is the right time to take on more responsibilities and duties as I look to progress as a Manager. I have completed a 3-year degree in Bachelors in hotel management & catering technology then I worked at the hotel and started working with an online travel company. I have almost 4 years experience in the Back Office department of the Hotel industry. The present work place I am working with I have specialized with the booking confirmations and handling emails, I have learned how to amend the booking and deal with the guest queries as well as hotel queries. I am a very dedicated to my work, I’ am very punctual at work. I complete my targets before the given time and also help my colleagues. I have worked with lot of work pressure and gave training to the new staff. As a senior I used to make duty roster for the staff. I am very flexible with my working hours. I have a real passion for this industry. I am punctual, a team player and have good communication skills which I think are all great things to have in this industry.
