The Glasgow Marriott Hotel are currently recruiting for an casual Breakfast Server to join our Food and Beverage Team.Working in our restaurant, you will be able to work flexibility with 0 hour contract that include early starts (6:30am).

In your role as a casual Breakfast Associate you will be responsible for...

POSITION SUMMARY

• Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
• Work across all areas of breakfast service and lunch service to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place.
• To be fully conversant with all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
• Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
• Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
