The Aberdeen Marriott Hotel are currently recruiting for a full time Food and Beverage Associate.

Just two miles from Aberdeen Airport and 6 miles from the city centre, our hotel is perfectly located for exploring Aberdeenshire and beyond. Ideal for both leisure and business travellers, our hotel offers spacious guest rooms and family rooms, a 24-hour reception, business centre, and welcoming Brew Bar Lounge. What you will do...

• Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
• Work across all areas of Food & Beverage to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place.
• To be fully conversant with all restaurant policies and procedures.
• When fully competent, to work with the Manager and Lead Servers to provide effective on job training and coaching of new staff to help develop an highly skilled and motivated team, committed to both Hotel and departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Food & Beverage Service Experience required
• Previous experience in a client facing role
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
