Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and hands-on HR Manager to join and help us complete our vision in providing the right services, the right way, with the right resources.
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of HR and recommending, creating and administering Human Resources best practices, services and programs. Although an HR Coordinator may be hired in the future, this position currently has no direct reports and is suitable for a strong manager who is accustomed to running a one-person HR function.
Outside of assigned special projects and personal initiative, the fundamental responsibilities include providing HR Manager support to management, supervisors and to approximately 20 salaried and 100 hourly staff.
Based on priorities, the incumbent will plan and execute on tasks and initiatives related to HR Manager work, with a focus on recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

You are results-oriented and drive initiatives from start to finish. Your experience and preference are to work as a one-person department and a "jack-of-all-trades".
