JOB SUMMARY

Nestled in Melbourne's picturesque Paris End of Collins Street, we are looking for someone who strives for delivering memorable experiences and exceeding expectations of every guest. As a Guest Services Manager, you will assist the Executive Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the Front Office area. You will play a vital role in the teams learning and development, and importantly serve as a leader and role model for the Department. Your responsibilities range from processing check-ins and check-outs, room allocations, accommodating guest requests, payment processing, and daily reporting.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can:

Develop and maintain positive working relationships - support team to reach common goals;
Welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile and in a friendly manner;
Build relationships with guests in order to anticipate their needs and drive loyalty;
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Management;
Communicate effectively using appropriate language and etiquette.
