AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank is looking for a Maintenance Officer to join the team on a Full-Time OR Part-Time basis.

AC Hotel by Marriott Melbourne Southbank is a design-led hotel for the guest who is intentional in everything they do. What we are looking for

A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
Personable communication skills.
A passion for the industry, a want to be the best in service.
Basic knowledge of power tool usage.
Prior experience in Handyman is a plus.

What you will do

Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
