WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Venues/ Restaurants Manager you will be reporting directly to the Beverage & Food Director or his assistant during his absence and will play a vital role in the success of the W Verbier. You will be responsible for the short and long term planning and the day-to-day diner operations of the W Kitchen, Eat Hola Tapas Bar, ensuring the high level service required for Restaurants according to the W standards and the original Concepts. You will schedule and direct talents in their work assignments and interact pro-actively and positively with the guests.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience in managing Venues/ Restaurants in a high end lifestyle kind of environment. Seasonal business exposure is a plus.

You have an eye for detail and do not accept mediocre as a standard, you always strive for perfection.
You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life.
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You have exceptional beverage and food experience within luxury markets.
Fluent in French and English.
You are highly motivated and passionate about Beverage and Food, culinary in general.
You are 'in the know' at all times.
You should be highly motivated.
Passion for Fashion Music Design and Fuel.
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
