Role Summary
Manager, Luxury Brands (The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott)
The Brand Manager, The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott is responsible for brand management and the marketing strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) portfolio of these two luxury brands. The Brand Manager partners with the respective global brand teams to pull-through the strategy in the Continent, as well as the Operations teams to ensure on-brand execution in the hotels. The role will support the Director, Luxury Brands in managing the brand marketing plan to localize the expression of the brands through effective brand activation, halo events, brand partnerships, hotel launch strategies, media planning, with the goal of driving highly targeted exposure through strategic marketing and communications channels.
Skills and experience we will look for in the ideal candidate to join our team:
- Hotel industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Luxury brand management experience is preferred.
- 2-4 years experience developing integrated brand marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, PR, sales) is required .
- Experience partnering with field/local markets on communications and marketing is strongly preferred.
- Able to influence results in a matrix environment.
- Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
- Candidate must be adept at multi-tasking and prioritising, especially in situations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with and managing marketing/creative/digital agencies is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently within Europe, Middle East and Africa.
