The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Pastry Chef - leading our Pastry Department

Your tasks:

• Preparing our high-quality desserts, petits fours, cakes and pralines for our guests
• Preparation for the Mise en Place
• Active participation in the introduction of new bakery products and desserts and their presentations
• Proper storage of all food and raw materials in the designated storage rooms, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
• Ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the pastry

Your Competencies:

• A successfully finished vocational training as a chef or a confectioner
• Several years of experience in the pastry
• High professional competence and creativity
• Autonomous and independent way of working
• Quality consciousness and enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of English, German is advantageous
